Also, you need to practice drawing your pistol by taking into account all different scenarios. For example, what would you do if you’re attacked while your shopping for groceries?

And practice drawing your weapon wearing different outfits.

There are a lot of obstacles that could throw everything you practiced out the door.  Seasonal clothing, for instance. That includes your big ugly Christmas sweater, as well as a jacket or sweatshirt.  Even a dress shirt instead of a t-shirt can make a big difference in your shooting.
